7 day(s) ago

Sita Ramesh Multiple Campus, with the support of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Nepal, successfully organized a comprehensive three-day training program from 15th to 17th of Jestha, 2082. The objective of the training was to enhance the professional competencies of educators by increasing their research and development skills from various academic institutions. A total of 17 community colleges and 8 higher secondary schools were invited to participate in the event, ensuring a wide representation from the academic community.

The training sessions were conducted by three experienced and well-respected facilitators: Mr. Sushil Khanal, Mr. Arjun Dahal, and Dr. Jit Bahadur Tamang. Each facilitator brought valuable insights and practical knowledge to the sessions, contributing to the program's effectiveness and depth.

Based on participant feedback, we found that the training would be more beneficial if it were extended to five days. We will make efforts to accommodate this need in future programs, even though training program was highly fruitful and efficiently managed. Attendees appreciated the relevance of the content, the interactive nature of the sessions, and the overall coordination of the event. The positive response highlighted the success of the initiative in meeting its objectives and contributing to the professional development of those involved.
