On 2082-01-19 (Friday), Sita-Ramesh Multiple Campus (SRMC) had the honor of welcoming academic teams from three esteemed institutions:

1. Shri Yantra Technical College, Damak

2. Gauradaha Multiple Campus

3. Urlabari Multiple Campus

The visit was organized with the objective of enhancing their understanding and preparedness for the Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA) process under the guidance of the University Grants Commission (UGC).

As a QAA-accredited campus, SRMC shared its comprehensive journey through the QAA process, highlighting the steps taken, challenges faced, and the institutional improvements made during the course of accreditation. During the discussion sessions, it was emphasized that QAA is not merely a procedural requirement for certification but a transformative initiative that significantly elevates the overall academic and administrative quality of an institution.

The visiting teams were given a detailed tour of SRMC’s facilities, including administrative offices, the library, computer laboratories, classrooms, and the seminar hall. These visits allowed them to observe the infrastructural and procedural standards adopted by SRMC in alignment with QAA benchmarks.

The SRMC team deeply appreciated the opportunity to host the delegation and engage in meaningful exchanges. It was a mutually enriching experience as the faculty and staff of SRMC interacted with representatives from the three visiting campuses, sharing insights, best practices, and fostering a spirit of academic collaboration.
